You can send a documentary film to participate in the festival’s competition program until July 15.
The VIII Documentary Film Festival of the CIS countries “Eurasia.DOC” will be held from September 30 to October 4 in Smolensk and Minsk. The festival will include open film screenings of competitive films, round tables on current topics, creative meetings and master classes with documentaries and media experts.
Authors of documentaries reflecting modern social and political processes taking place in the post-Soviet space can take part in the competition. The best works that received high marks from the jury will be included in the short list of the festival and will be shown to audiences in Smolensk, Minsk, as well as in other CIS countries as part of post-festival events. Laureates and winners will receive awards and Diplomas and will be able to take part in the presentation of their documentaries as part of open screenings during the Festival.

The VIII Documentary Film Festival of the CIS Countries “Eurasia.DOC” is held with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States (IFHC). The goal of the project is to maintain cultural, historical, information and creative interaction in the Eurasian space.
