About the author
Alexey Fedorchenko was born in the city of Sol-Iletsk, Orenburg region. Since 1990, he began collaborating with the Sverdlovsk Film Studio, where over the years he held the positions of senior economist of newsreels and documentaries, deputy director of the film studio for economics, director of the production department and director. In 1998, he entered the screenwriting department of the Faculty of Additional Education at VGIK named after S.A. Gerasimov (workshop of V.K. Chernykh, L.A. Kozhinova and Yu.I. Rogozin). In 2004 he founded the 29 February Film Company. Member of the European Film Academy and the Asia-Pacific Film Academy.
